days 'til the Litha Gathering!
Registration IS Open

Another year is coming, with plenty of gatherings to share with friends and Family. Due to the economic times, we are still trying to keep prices down, but it has required some changes in policies, especially those regarding food and work scholarships. We will need to work together to be able to continue to provide gatherings where all can share, learn, and worship together.

IMPORTANT MEAL CHANGES

NOTICE: SerpentStone's meal policy has changed. In order to keep admission costs at current levels, SerpentStone kitchens will no longer be cooking breakfasts or Friday night dinner. There will be soup available at all times (including Friday at dinnertime) again made from your kitchen donations. We will provide a main dish (omnivore and vegetarian) Saturday night.

WORK SCHOLARSHIPS

We have always tried to make gatherings available for those who couldn’t afford to pay admission, but over the past few years, the number of people requesting this has risen higher than we can handle. Anyone needing work scholarship will need to contact the gathering coordinator WELL BEFORE the gathering. A minimum of 6 hours of work will be required for admission.

COST

$20 per person* over 16 (plus your feast contribution and 2 hours of volunteer service) if paid and postmarked one week before gathering

$30 per person* within one week of the gathering and at the door (plus your feast contribution and 2 hours of volunteer service)

$10 per child* 12-16 (plus your feast contribution and 2 hours of volunteer service) if paid and postmarked one week before gathering

NEW FAMILY RATE: (This includes up to 2 adults, and children under 18 living in the house) Prepaid registration one week before the gathering - $50
At the gate - $70

SEASON’S PASS - (Pre-registers you for all six gatherings for the calendar year, and must be paid by Ostara gathering:
Individual: $110.
Family Season’s Pass: $225

Note that we will have gatherings at Beltane and Samhain in both Tennessee and Georgia, to try to accommodate people who can’t afford to travel further from home. The Georgia gatherings will be at Eagle Valley near Kingston, GA: watch for announcements. There will also be some work weekends in March and April in Georgia to get the site ready (it will be primitive camping): if you live near there and are looking to earn your way into a gathering, come and help! .

We do not offer a gathering at Imbolc because this festival is often celebrated privately and (on a practical note) the weather prevents ease of transportation; however, we hope you enjoy and grow from the gatherings we do provide!
